UNIONE COMMERCIALE LOMBARDA SpA, founded in 1950 was initially specialized in the marketing of the first feed supplements for animal use.

In the sixties, the Company managers decided to become direct producers, in order to fulfil the increasingly requirements of the market. Since then, the main purpose of UCL has been to meet all the customers’ specific requirements and to provide them with continual assistance through first quality vets and chemists.

Thanks to avant-guard technical resources, great reliability, competence and experience, combined with its superior vitamin, mineral and medicated products, UCL rapidly gained a leading market position. This required a new 5,500 square meters plant, built up in the seventies, and provided with high technology manufacturing departments, able to meet any market requirements. Since October 2010 our ompany is GMP certified. On the 11th of January, 2006, the certificate has been extended to the production and sale of veterinary medical products for oral use, pre-mix for medicated food and ready made veterinary medicinal products.
